Detroit Cobras working on new album — enjoy “As Long As I Have You” until then

We love the retro-garage-punk-mostly-cover band The Detroit Cobras, and rumor has it they’re working on a new album. (How’s that for a hyphen-happy sentence!) Enjoy this video in spectacularly gritty black and white as they grind through ass-shaking power chords and thumping beats.

Taped at the Detroit All Star Revue, they performed this classic Garnett Mimms song and made it their own.
