Elvis Costello: “National Ransom” Official Trailer
Artists, Elvis Costello, Features, Video — By Jim Simpson on November 11, 2010 7:48 pmElvis Costello has once again teamed up with producer T. Bone Burnett and the Sugarcanes, including Pete Thomas on drums and Jim Lauderdale — the best hair in Nashville, besides Marty Stuart — on guitar and harmony vocals.
So, why review his latest album when we can just let the man, the legend, the artist, speak for himself? That said, we’ll still probably post a review soon because we’ve noticed a some subtle things about National Ransom that recall his earliest recordings — and it’s such an unbelievably good album. And he’s our hero. And we can’t stop gushing. And we should just step aside and let you enjoy this trailer.
